Privacy policy.

The short version

We collect what you send us, plus anonymous statistics about how the site is used. Those statistics come from Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser. We do not sell, rent or share your information, and we run no advertising trackers beyond this.

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, organisation and the course you are asking about, along with your message. It is delivered to us by email and kept only so we can reply and keep a record of the request.
• Usage statistics, via Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and where they arrived from. It sets cookies in your browser and sends this information to Google, who process it under their own privacy policy. We have enabled IP anonymisation. We never see your name or contact details through it, and we do not use it for advertising. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

We do not collect payment information. Donations are processed by a third-party provider on their own systems under their own privacy policy — we never see or store your card details.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to operate: our website host, our email delivery provider, and our donation processor. Each handles data only on our instructions. We disclose information otherwise only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while there is a reason to — an active conversation, a booked course, or a donation record we are required to keep. Anything past that is deleted.

Your choices

Write to info@ierfresponse.org and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion, and we will action it. You do not need to give a reason.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If a child has sent us something, contact us and we will remove it.
